2018 EETI Travel Fellowship Program

Six CENGR Faculty Members Named EETI Explorer Travel Fellows

2018 EETI Travel Fellowship Program

Six faculty members in the College of Engineering have been named EETI Explorer Travel Fellows. They will attend one of two education conferences over the summer. Drs. Peter Carnell, Siddharth Savadatti, Robert Baffour, Cheryl Gomillion, Eliza Banu, and Grace Pokoo-Aikins will travel to Salt Lake City, UT, to participate in the American Society for Engineering Education (ASEE) Annual Conference and Exposition from 24-27 June, 2018. Drs. Banu and Pokoo-Aikins will also attend the Teaching Professor Conference in Atlanta from June 1-3.

The Travel Fellowship Program is one many ways that the College supports its faculty to stay current with the latest engineering education teaching and learning innovations. In the Fall, Travel Fellows will have an opportunity to share insights gained from their conference experiences with all EETI members as part of the first Engineering Education Forum for the semester.
