Forum: Becoming an Anti-Racist University

In this forum, EETI’s Dr. Racheida Lewis presented the ways in which anti-Black racism has impacted the academy. During this session, EETI’s members discussed systemic racism at various levels and engaged in dialogue about how to create an environment that actively addresses -isms head on. This discussion is centered around learning for self- and system- improvement in effort to be better, active allies towards diversity, equity, and inclusion within the College of Engineering and UGA as a whole.
