Research Interests: Educational Experience in Virtual Reality Learning Environment (VRLE) based on the Community of Inquiry (CoI) framework

My passion for education inspired me to pursue an education-focused doctorate. I am fascinated by the prospect of education engineering, as I seek to gain expertise both in learning and assessment of learning within engineering context. My first degree in Agricultural and Biosystems Engineering from University of Ilorin , Nigeria, and second-degree in Electrical Engineering from University of Cape Town, South Africa plus my career experience as an educator in college that teaches technology, mathematics, natural sciences has exposed me to the reasons why qualitative and qualitative research methodology skills are needed for proper design of instructional material, necessary for harnessing and experimenting  the multidisciplinary nature of engineering context to make engineering education suitable for the 21st century. I am currently exploring how to enrich students’ educational experience in Virtual Reality Learning Environment (VRLE) based on the Community of Inquiry (CoI) framework.
