Vincent, born and raised in western Nigeria, obtained a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from Ladoke Akintola University of Technology, Oyo State Nigeria. Vincent has taught basic science courses at the high school level, guided students in career choices, and gained administrative experience having worked in a Nigerian government Parastatal. Moreover, his unwavering passion for academia and student development propels his Ph.D. journey in Engineering Education. His research aims to tackle engineering learning challenges by optimizing pedagogical techniques for better information retention. He is going to be exploring innovative methods to address academic underperformance post-classroom instruction. His goal is to enhance engineering education by identifying and implementing effective strategies for improved understanding, retention, and practical application of educational content.
