Tathyana Moratti is a Ph.D. student in Engineering Education at the University of Georgia.
She completed her undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering from the College of Industrial Engineering in 2002, after which she pursued her Master’s degree in Technology and Production Management in Construction from the Polytechnic School of the University of São Paulo in 2010.

Tathyana has worked for 15 years in the Brazilian construction industry and 5 years as an engineering instructor in the same country. Her doctoral studies involve the improvement of engineering education by analyzing student emotions.
Besides her academic and professional life, as she is certified in classical ballet, she loves to dance.
